Project- Street Facade and Corridor Design
The facade design -like the canopy skylight system- was also inspired by the idea of motion, perception and transparency. The entry corridors of the housing are the interstitial space between the exterior and interior. The units are accessed from this corridor and open out to a balcony or terrace. The corridor also allows the option for the natural ventilation of housing units. We spent a lot of time detailing the materials and construction system of these unitized facade panels.
