Bronx Industrial Building
This project involved the design of an light industrial and office use building on an empty flat lot in the Bronx.
I worked in a team with Christopher Geist, Leigh Salem, Mary McConnell and Chan Ju Park.My role in the team was to draw and continually update the plans as well as detail, design and draw the facade system. The overallconcept was developed by the group and carried through all aspects of the design planning, appearance and structural system. The office and industrial spaces each had a unique character to allow for maximization of their functions. The unitized facade was designed for efficiency and a smooth offsite- onsite workflow. The perforated corrugated panels gave the building identity as well as the massive stone clad walls
